Users
This Website is intended for individuals of 18 years of age or more. NOTICE TO CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 18 AND THEIR PARENTS OR GUARDIANS: We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18, you must not use this Website. Please do not send any personal information including your email, name and/or contact information on the Platform. If you want to contact the Platform, you may only do so through your parent or legal guardian.
Type of Personal Information Collected
The personal information that the Company collects about Users depends on the context of their interaction with the Company and the features that Users use. The Company also collects and retains the information including personal information provided by training partner/center on behalf of certain individuals.
The personal information may be held by the Company shall include but not be limited to name of candidate, name of training center, job title, Aadhaar number, age, gender, date of birth, religion, differently abled, languages known, residential and email address, guardian’s name and address, educational qualification etc.
In addition to the information collected and retained by the Company as mentioned in sub-clause (a) above, the Company also tracks the Users’ behavior and interactivity with the Platform to collect and retain electronic identification data of the Users such as login credentials, visitors IP address, geographical location, date and time of website visit, browser type and version, operating system, referral source, length of visit, page views, website navigation etc.
Such information is not directly provided by the Users to the Company as it is collected on the basis of traces left by the Users while accessing the Platform. The Company does not collect any payments information processed by third-party payment gateway providers except for payment reference number/payment status once the payment transaction is completed.
Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information by Company
When providing the Services/database, Company only processes personal information in accordance with the Terms of Use and applicable laws. The Company also uses personal information from or about its Users for the following purposes:

The revocation for withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing of any data or information based on the consent before its withdrawal.
Disclosure of Personal Information
Company will not sell, rent or trade personal information to any third party. However, Company may share personal information when authorized and/or required by applicable law or as follows:

Sharing with Government Authorities: The company may without prior intimation share any information collected by it including personal information with any government authority as and when such information is legally sought from the company. Availing Skilling Program Benefits: Company may facilitate skilling program floated various entities that offer benefits, monetary or non-monetary to ensure a robust skilling atmosphere. By participating in any such skilling program, User is agreeing to official rules that govern that skilling program, which may require specific requirements, including, User’s Aadhar number, bank details and other such information.

Third Party Service Providers: Company may grant access to personal information to third-party service providers such as training partners, training centers, project monitoring unit , banks etc. in connection with the performance or the improvement of its platform and services. Before sharing any personal information with any of its third-party service providers, Company will request that the third party maintains reasonable data protection practices for maintaining the confidentiality and security of personal information and preventing unauthorized access. Provided however, the company shall not be responsible for any misuse or unauthorized disclosure of any personal information by such third-party service provider.

Administrative and Legal Reasons: Company cooperates with government authorities and law enforcement officials and private parties to enforce and comply with the applicable law. Thus, the company may access, use, preserve, transfer and disclose User’s information (including personal information, IP address, device information or geo-location data), to government authorities or law enforcement officials or private parties as the company reasonably determines necessary and appropriate: (i) to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, subpoenas, governmental requests or legal process; (ii) to protect and/or defend the terms of Use of this platform (iii) to protect the safety, rights, property or security of company, its services/database or any third party; (iv) to detect, prevent or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues; and /or (v) to prevent or stop activity the company may consider to be, or to pose a risk of being, an illegal, unethical, or legally actionable activity.

Business Transaction: Company may disclose personal information to a third party in connection with a sale or transfer of business or assets, an amalgamation, re-organization or financing of parts of company’s business. However, in the event the transaction is completed, personal information will remain protected by applicable data protection laws of India. In the event the transaction is not completed, Company will request the other party not to use or disclose the personal information received in any manner whatsoever.
Security Practices
In compliance of rule 8 of the information technology (reasonable security practices and procedures and sensitive personal data or information) Rules, 2011, the company has in place physical, electronic and administrative safeguards to protect User’s personal information. User’s posting and sharing of personal information through the platform constitutes user’s acceptance of the risk that company cannot guarantee absolute security.
Company will store and process the personal information in a manner consistent with industry security standards, and as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer retention is required by applicable law.
Company has implemented technical, organizational and administrative systems, policies, and procedures to help ensure the security, integrity and confidentiality of personal information and to mitigate the risk of unauthorized access to or use of personal information.
However, the company understands that as effective as company’s security measures are, no security system is impenetrable. Thus, company cannot guarantee the security of company’s database, nor can company guarantee that information user supplies will not be intercepted while being transmitted to company over the internet.
Change of Information or Correction of Details
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the information including personal information that they submit to the company. A User may correct, delete inaccuracies, or amend information by making the change through this secure Platform.
If upon modifying or changing the information earlier provided to company, the company finds it difficult to permit access to its services/database to the User due to insufficiency/ inaccuracy of the information, then the company may, in its sole discretion terminate the access to the services/database provided to the user.
Data Retention
We retain your personal information for a period no longer than is required for the purpose for which it was collected or as required under any applicable law. However, we may retain data related to you if there is a legal obligation to retain the data; if required to comply with any applicable statutory or regulatory retention requirement by law or required for the purpose of publishing any statistical reports etc.
The company shall remove or disable access to such unlawful information, prohibited under any law for the time being in force in relation to the interest of the sovereignty and integrity of India, security of the state, friendly relations with foreign states, public order, decency or morality, in relation to contempt of court, defamation, incitement to an offence relating to the above, or any information which is prohibited under any law for the time being in force, within 36 to 40 hours from receipt of the court order or on being notified by the appropriate government or its agency.
The company shall preserve such information and associated records for 180 to 186 days for investigation purposes as mandated by the information technology (intermediary guidelines and digital media ethics code) rules, 2021, or for such longer period as may be required by the court or by lawfully authorized government agencies. The Company shall retain User’s information collected for registration for a period of 180 to 186 days after any termination or withdrawal of the User Account.
